The #ORWFWellnessChallenge- Join Us in Committing to Morning Exercises in August

Are you ready for a challenge? The ORWF Wellness Challenge for the month of August is here, and we’re calling on supporters and Veterans alike to join us in committing to daily morning exercises.

Why morning exercises, you might ask? There are several benefits to starting your day with a workout. First and foremost, it sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. When you start your morning off with a burst of energy and endorphins, you’re more likely to feel motivated and productive throughout the day.

Additionally, morning exercises can help improve your sleep quality. It’s no secret that regular exercise can lead to better sleep, and starting your day with a workout can help tire you out and make it easier to fall asleep at night.

But perhaps most importantly, consistent morning exercises can improve your overall physical and mental health. Regular exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of various chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and even some types of cancer. It can also help improve mental health and reduce stress and anxiety.

We understand that committing to daily exercises can be intimidating, especially if you’re not used to it. That’s why we’ve created the ORWF Wellness Challenge – to provide a supportive community and encourage one another to make exercise a consistent part of our daily routines.

So, how do you join the challenge? It’s simple! Just follow these steps:

Follow the ORWF Wellness Challenge on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Set a goal for yourself for the month of August – whether it’s running a certain distance, completing a certain number of push-ups, or anything in between.

Share your goal on social media using the hashtag #ORWFWellnessChallenge, and tag a friend to join in the challenge.

Every morning, complete your chosen exercise and share your progress on social media using the hashtag.

Encourage your friends and followers to join the challenge and share their progress as well. To help keep you motivated, we’ll be sharing tips, resources, and inspiration throughout the month of August.

So, are you ready to join the ORWF Wellness Challenge? We hope you’ll take on this challenge and make exercise a regular part of your daily routine. Not only will you see physical and mental benefits, but you’ll also be part of a supportive community of donors and veterans working towards a common goal. Let’s do this!
