In Memory of Terry Jung

1948-2021

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our former Executive Director, Terry Jung. Terry was raised in Melville, New York, received a degree in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania in 1970. After graduation, he completed NROTC training and was commissioned into the US Navy. He served as an EMO and CIC Officer until receiving his honorable discharge. He then completed a master’s degree in Accounting at the University of Texas, Austin. He previously stated that his life has been built around a family and community that has proudly and passionately given and sacrificed their personal interests for the welfare of the United States of America and was honored to serve with Lone Survivor Foundation to serve and give back in any way he could to those worthy Veterans affected by combat. From his friends at LSF, we are thankful for his guidance, passion and service to our nation and to our organization. He will be greatly missed by many.
